Payton Knudson started Knudson Insurance Team after watching Idaho seniors get lost in Medicare. Too many choices. Too much junk mail, and enrolled in plans that didn't actually fit their lives.
As a licensed independent agent, Payton isn't tied to any single insurance company. That means when he sits down with a client, whether it's over the phone or face to face, the only goal is finding the plan that genuinely makes sense for that person's health, doctors, prescriptions, and budget.
A few years in, Payton's father Matt joined the team. Matt brought his own perspective, not just as a licensed agent, but as someone who had gone through the Medicare process himself and understood firsthand how confusing it could be. Today, the two work together as a full-time Medicare specialist team.
